For Mira's Disco Party, I looked for lots of circular shaped desserts to coordinate with the disco ball theme. One of the desserts that the girls absolutely loved were the Mini Vanilla Donuts. I loved the fact that they were so simple to make and they weren't overwhelmingly sweet. They were perfect with just a touch of sweetness.
