I am a huge fan of using party garlands. The above ice cream cone garland was used on the toppings table for the Ice Cream Shoppe Party. To make the garland, I used a 3 inch circle punch to make the larger scoop of ice cream and a 2 inch circle punch to make the smaller scoop. I cut out triangles for the cone and glued all three pieces together. I then punched small holes on both sides of the larger scoop and hooked all the cones together using ribbon. Such an easy way to decorate a dessert table! Here are some other great garland ideas:
